I started a new job in may 2013, which included medical aid with discovery. I spoke to our h/r administrator about getting a spare card that i could leave with my daughter's day mother in case of emergencies for my daughter whom is 18months old. She gave me a number for the call centre and i called in, the young lady whom i spoke to then took all my details down and said to me that i would receive my card within 6 working weeks or i could go and collect it at the discovery counter in canal walk century city. I havent been to canal walk in a very long time because i dont like the place. Its been 6months now and i still havent received my card via the post. I refuse to call into the call centre again because its a waste of time. Please get back to me as soonest.
