Just plain poor service, doing everything that medshield asked to get my sons surgical quantity increased, without any success, unpaid accounts. Was told to fill in Ex Gratia forms just to be told its no success and then they will send some one to observe usage etc, etc. This is going on since last year and still no feed back. The call centre staff cant help one, is good at giving reference numbers - and that's all. The rest of Medshield staff just as in competent. Change your slogan from "ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU" to "WE DON'T CARE FOR YOU". Consider this a complaint as i will contact the Ombudsman and send every letter of communication between us and Medshield, (and believe me its allot of paper work) to every mayor newspaper. I AM FED UP WITH ALL YOUR PROMISES.Medshield say they care for there members and there family "STOP LYING!!!).
