No Response, Incompetent staff - FED UP!!!

While filling in my admittance form for a procedure which was authorised by numerous staff telephonically and emails that was send back and forth. To my surprise got to the hospital for my procedure and saw that Discovery had send through the incorrect procedure codes and authorisation to the hospital. After 2 hours on the phone with Discovery in the waiting area at the hospital, the theathre staff and doctors couldn't wait any longer and procedure had to be cancelled. I was so HUMILIATED!!! After scheduling my leave at work and mentally preparing myself for this operation and then this. I was emotionally broken down and had to take a week's leave from work just to recover from this shocking experience. Another surprise waited on me, when I got home and checked the emails I saw a Dr Ryan Noach the Chief Operating Officer send authorisation for removal of bone inside my nose. (Authorisation number: 14728329) Where Discovery got that procedure code from i have no idea, as the procedure was corrective jaw surgery and not impacted teeth or removal of bone inside the nose. I've send an email requesting an explanation as to what had happened, till today no one has come back to me.
