I stayed at the Peermont Walmont in Gaborone on 23 May 2013. when i checked in, i was told that the hotel was full, despite having a confirmed reservation and prepaid for my room. Eventually they gave me a room. when i checked into the room, it has two spiders on the wall, cobwebs, and even worse, when i used the shower the whole bathroom was completely flooded. they then moved me to the lower grade hotel, the Metcourt. What i find strange is that even though the hotel was prepaid, they tried to get me to pay for the hotel accommodation both at the Walmont and at the Metcourt. sorry, but i'm not prepared to be ripped-off over and above the poor accommodation.
