After placing a 2nd order with Patchi in Cape Town today, I though I'd write a quick report on the service I have been receiving from Rafeequa. Since my initial call to their offices she has been very helpful, friendly and had sufficient knowledge about the product. Her email responses was quick and the whole ordering process was absolutely hassle free.
Its nice to have companies in today's day and age that still have that personal touch when it comes to customer service. Apart from the chocolates being something out of this world, its service like this that builds solid relationship with consumers and grow's a brand's reputation. Well done.
