I am fuming!!! Seems to me the only way I will get a proper response is to write a bad report where everyone can see! I am FED UP with this medical scheme!
Three months ago we joined Discovery for the sole purpose of putting our 2 year old on the scheme so that she will get the best medical support if something does happen to her. We wrote a letter of confirmation as to why she will be the main member etc. 2 months went past where we did not receive our membership card so we did not use the medical aid and now they want payment.
I have been corresponding via e-mail and every time there is some excuse or paper work outstanding and this is nonsense as we sent EVERYTHING through the day we registered. Now my e-mail address is not corresponding etc etc!
When I phone them they want to talk to the member on the scheme. Hello! She is 2 years old!!!
Why is it so difficult to get information on your own membership!!! I am very angry and disappointed!
