I am highly disappointed with the service that I have received thus far. I started working at ACSA in August, my medical aid premiums have been deducting since August but up to date Discovery Health has failed to issue my membership card. Whenever I enquire about my card I'm either told the card has been posted to me or will be posted.
I would appreciate it if I can have my card asap as money has been deducting for service that I have not been using.
