I have joined Fed-Healths Medical scheme due to me being in urgent need of using the medical aid, I have been debited for the 3months & Have waited the waiting period of 3months... I was not even given my medical aid card &now my status is still on Pending, yet paying the 3months fee &waiting the 3month waiting period. Every time i speak to someone they tell different stories, I needed Medical Attention on Friday 05/04/2013 &was told at the doctors surgery, that I needed to pay Cash as the medical aid cannot be used without the card... I am totally unhappy &would like to have the cash which I have paid for 3months R1668x3 months, so I can move to a medical scheme that can do their work properly &care about their customers, not only when it comes to the sale, like the way Sean Swartz pushed me into taking this scheme & nagged me, wish he could be the same when it came to the service, I REGRET TAKING THE MEDICAL AID WITH FED-HEALTH, THEY ARE SUCH A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY... I WANT TO CANCEL &MOVE TO DISCOVERY THEY WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST - I DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS I THINKING WHEN I SIGNED UP WITH FED-HEALTH MOST USELESS, BUT ENJOYED TAKING MY CASH!!!
