Bankmed suspension while premiums are up to date

I received a letter from Bankmed stating that I owe R2440 premiums as at 30 March 2013. I called my employer to find out if there are any outstanding premiums not paid. They confirmed that there is nothing outstanding. I wrote an email to Bankmed and I have not received a response till this day. However, I received an SMS confirming that my membership had been suspended. This stems from the issue I had with them in 2011. Bankmed has been nothing but a horror in my life. I hate dealing with you guys. Year after year you pick a fight with me. I am in no position to fight with you, nor do I have the time and energy. I hope to get a response and resolutoin in this matter. But again this will drag for another year or two... If i had a choice I would leave Bankmed and go to another medical aid. Maybe that is the reason why they treat me so bad because I have no choice but to stick with them, unless I leave my current job.
