I recently joined Discovery Health, and immediately problems started. Firstly they double charge me for two months without my consent as no one informed me that I had to pay twice in month!
Which really set me back financially as we are all not living financially free like Adrian Gore, I live by a monthly budget that suits me and my lifestyle!
This is just so unprofessional for a company that claims to gain majority of the market! Secondly since joining this year January, for 3month Discovery has failed to debit my account which is they fault as money is always in my account and records show after 10 times of calling them, they top it off by suspending my account! For money they fail to debit! I am sick and tired of calling them every single month about the same issue over and over so now I have strongly decided to cancel my medical scheme with them and move to a maybe more reliable medical service provider! I will not work with inadequate services.
