I received a ring as a gift on Christmas day, however about two maybe three hours later I noticed a stone was missing out of the ring - I took the ring off and put it back in its box.

I only received the receipt for the ring from the person who bought the gift this week, and phoned the rep - who needed me to go down today to get it fixed as she was on leave. Realising I would have no joy with her, I phoned the Durban office - where I was informed I would have to pay to get it fixed and I would have to travel out approx R50.00 worth of petrol to repair a R75.00 ring. I was then transfered to someone else who informed me "well it is costume jewelry." Which leaves me to wonder about the quality of the products they are selling.

Then I was put through to Marco who informed me that I have to help out somewhere - as if its my fault the stone fell out. Any other products that are marketed this way - have the rep calling on you to collect the sub standard product and sorting it out. When I mentioned this to Marco he said fine fair enough when and if they have a rep in the area they will get them to call on me - so does that mean that I carry the ring to work with me everyday??
