My husband bought 2 wedding bands for me from Wolf Bros in Somerset West, after the wedding about 2 months there was a diamant missing from the one band, I send it in and waited about 6 weeks for my ring. When I got my ring I had it for i think about 1 month and then 1 diamant has fallen out again, i took it back again! Then 2 months after I got my ring, the back of the ring snapped in 2 and there was 2 diamants missing because of this! WHAT A JOKE!! I ask them to fix it for me... they had about 1 month to fix it, because I was going overseas for 1 month and wanted my ring... well as usual they said it is not fixed yet and i will not get my ring, AFTER i called several times and still they said there is no way the ring will be ready. So i left without my 1 ring. When I got my ring back, about 1 month after that there was 1 diamant missing and part of the ring became lose from the rest of the ring... WHAT A JOKE! I took it in and insisted that they give me a new ring because this is just Ridiculous!!! THEN they call me and tell me i cannot get a new ring because my one year ring was no more under warranty! WHAT A JOKE! I think I had my ring in total for 5months from December 2012!!
