ABSOLUTE SERVICE AND FEEDBACK!

3 YEARS AGO I BOUGHT MY WIFE A WEDDING RING, AND WITHING 2 WEEKS OF HAVING THE RING ONE OF TEH DIAMOND FELL OUT. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD REPLACE THE RING WICH WAS DONE. AFTER RECEIVING THE SAME DESIGN RING, THE SAME STONE FELL OUT AGAIN. I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN AND THE OFFERED TOREPAIR THE RING. AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENTTHEY CONVINCED ME THAT IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN THEY WILL REPLACE THE RING OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.

2 MONTHS AGO WE HANDED IN THE RING DUE TO THE STONE FALLING OUT AGAIN, AND HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK IN TWO MONTHS. WHEN I CALLED ROMONA AT H/O SHE HAD NO RECOLLECTION OF THE RING, EVEN THOUGH WE ADDRESSED THE REPAIR AND COMPLAINT TO HER.
I CALLED THEM OVER AND OVER GETTING CUT OFF, GETTING PASSED FROM ONE TO THE NEXT PROMISING THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. AFTER 14;00 THE FOLLOWING DAY AND HAVING SCREAMED AND LOSING MY TEMPER, I GET PUT THROUGH TO LOUISE.

STILL I NEED TO HEAR THAT THE RING IS BACK IN PTA BUT NOT REPLACED BUT THEY WOULD REPLACE THE STONE SEEING THAT THE RING IS DAMAGED. WHYTHEY WOULD REPLACE A DIOMOND IF NOT THEIR FAULT I WONT KNOW, BUT NONE THE LESS, I WAS TOLD THAT THE RING NEEDS TO GO BACK DOWN TO DURBAN. TO DATE STILL NO COMMUNICATION.
