Good Morning,
Please can a manager from Liberty that is in charge of the carecross adminstration please contact me.
LIberty being such a big company and have get carecross to administor their bona plus benefit.
I am shocked at the service that i received from the case manager. I called liberty to speak to them about a glue for the eye that the dr recomended for my husband's op that carecross can only approve 1/4 of the tube. their prof say it can be re-used and the dr's rooms say it cannot and they have sent a letter to confirm this.
So i spoke to liberty about assistance and the reasons it has to be used, so the lady at the liberty call centre was kind enough to call carecross and speak to them, after 20 mins on the phone the carecross manager came on and told me how i am annoying them and the prof is also gettting annoyed with me, this is the 8th call and they not going to pay! i must then go look for a higher plan... i asked her for her name and she banged the phone in my ear.i called liberty to see if the call was recorded and the lady that phone said she spoke to Sandra - case manager... plse contact me as i will be taking this further, i am in shock at the way i was treated.
