We purchased a wedding set from the store in July 2012. My ring and my husabands ring cost quite a penny. A year later and my ring is cracked right through on bothe sides and underneath. The ring they soldered on came off only after a month of being on (Westgate Branch). When I took the ring to them to show them the quality of the product I was told that there is only a 6 month guarantee. They gave me a quote to repair the ring which I find quite disgusting. I have told all my family and frinds and have photographs of the damage. I work in an office from 6 - 5 every day and there is no way that I can damage my ring. Further more my ring is not round anymore. I am really disgusted at the attitude of the staff and management and it is really not the response that one would like to receive regarding the quality of the ring. I further find ot offensive that I must pay out of my pocket for the repair to the ring (which is not my fault but the QUALITY OF THE CRAFTSMANSHIP). I will not buy jewellery from them anymore. My trust in them as a company of quality has really being given a terrible blow.
