Payment of claim

Every time I am sending a claim to my medical aid I have to phone a month later to ask when they are going to refund me. I do send my claims to two e-mail addresses and I also fax it only to be told each time that they only received a paper copy. Resolution each time I phone you there is a voicemail that says the call is recorded for quality purposes. I am so sorry to say you have a lot to learn about quality because it is non-existent. I referred someone else to you who also had a very bad experience and had evetually changed medical aids. I am now also going to change medical aid because you are the worst!! I also visited your offices once and had a bad experience. One can never talk to a manager in charge, do they even exist?
