I was hospitalized on March 3rd and had to pay cash whilst under Affinity Health. I requested claim forms that was filled out and sent to their claims department. After the reimbursement waiting period of 30 days I contacted Mandy Cronje and Jolene Sly regarding payment or feedback as to how far this is. Jolene who I was directly corresponding with told me week after week that "payment will be done soon, I am awaiting feedback" Last week Friday 17 May she replied with "Payment will be done early next week" Today I contact her again as payment is still not made and she says; "I am awaiting feedback".
Two months later and after speaking to 3 different people and a phone bill I still have not been reimbursed. I certainly do not recommend Affinity Health
