We are a reputable solar heating company nationwide and quite frankly disgusted by the well you can wait we're the client attitude shown by the General Manager of the Lagoon Beach Hotel, Andre Turnbull. Our terms are strictly COD and only when we threatened to remove our system were we paid, over a week later! I wonder how they would feel if their guests told them to wait for their payments? Andre's comment when I pointed out the slow payment " Not sure 5 working days could be considered tardy". Oh really? My suggestion is lets all book into the hotel and pay them a week after we depart! Mind you, after looking at the complaints on Hello Peter, I don't think I'd even put myself through the ordeal!
