Dolphin Beach Hotel
Cancelled Accommodation

Hi

I booked and paid for accommodation at the Dolphin Beach Hotel. I received a phone call saying that my accommodation as been cancelled at the Dolphin Beach Hotel with no reasons. This now leaves me in a situation for I cant find accommodation in Cape town. What can I do to get them to reinstate my booking?
I have done everything possible to secure this accommodation.
