I can honestly say I have never dealt with such an efficient call centre as that of Discovery Health. The staff are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to ensure that they have answered all your concerns. They have broad knowledge of their entire scope and don't need to transfer you to many people for one answer. This is why I stay with Discovery and choose not to change.

Clodine handled my authorisation for my maternity booking. She was an absolute pleasure and made this usually gruelling process quick, easy and very informative.
