It saddens me to write this complaint, however I'm with the hotels' after service. My stay at the hotel was pleasant to say the least: from the hotel staff member who assisted with my luggage in the car, the reception staff, room service and the food we had. Never in past, have I experienced close to perfect hotel service. However with that said, I'm from East London and was a guest from the 15th - 17th of June. Days later I realised I left a shoe and a cell phone charger in my room. I called the hotel and spoke to a Colleen who's a switchboard operator. Colleen wasn't much of help and after two weeks trying to make arrangements in getting my belongs, i stopped communication with her and started communication with a Barbra, the reception supervisor. Unfortunately Barbra was of no assistance, as she would promise to follow up but a week went past without hearing from her. I then requested to speak to the GM, Andre. To my surprise, Andre too was just us unhelpful. It's been well over a month but I still haven't received direction regarding when I'll get my belongs. I've sent an email to the hotel management but nothing. I've exhausted all possible avenues, so Peter please help
