I Reserved a room for my wedding night on the 9th march 2013 with a romanticv honeymoon turndowan as they call it. WEhen i arrived at the room the sparkling grape juice and holder were not there and had i not enquired no one would have apologised that it was not there or made any attempt to rectify the situation. When i called guest services they sent up orange juice?? really I find iot starange that an establishment like lagoon beach knowing full well they did not have stock did not think of driving to go and purchase one during the day. The wedding night was specificallly planned around having all these things avaialable.

When the booking was done they furhter bungled that up by chraging my credit card twice. Thw womwn at the front desk saidf that we could pay for half the amount but then proceeded to place a hold on the whole amount and not part of it.

Whil on honeymoon i could not access any of the funds in my account which forced me to rtetrun home sooner than planned.

For a hotel that claims to be first class thier lack of service is disgusting and putird to saty the least. They have turned a memorabe occassion into an embarresment and a nightmare.
