I have been waiting from Aug 2012 to date for a refund on a claim forwarded on early Aug.
To date I have sent emails on 15/8, 09/09, 18/09, 10/01 and made numerour calls but to no avail.
3 agents promised to have this sorted out and email me confirmation, guess what 0 response to my query.
I have been a member since 1983 and has never been so dissapointed in their service like I am recently.
The saying " you are just a number" comes to mind as no one seems to go the extra mile :(
