I went to a network doctor who referred me to a specialist, called universal for an authorization to use a specialist which I struggled to be assist after numerous attempts. After consulting I received a prescription from a specialist which I was authorized to use by universal, I went to their authorized service provider which is clicks pharmacy for collection of medication. This was on 12th of May 2013 and till today I'm being sent from pillar to post, when you call their Call Centre for clarity, the service is so pathetic as you get to be transferred from one agent to another. At some stage I was told that I need to get medication from a network doctor whereas the specialist I used was authorized by them.
