Shocking Service

On Thurday the 6th of June 2013 My GP refered me to the Brenthurst Clinic Casualty where i was check by Doctor. who refered me to a Specialist surgeon. with my plan being the Key care he filled in the keycare specialist form and asked me to call the Contact centre to get a ref Number (specialist Auth). I called the contact centre while on my way and spoke to ronaldo who advised me that i can see the specialist as i am still under the casualty and he said if i dont go on that particular day then i will have to wait for 48 hours before i can see a specialist, i went to the specialist who checked me and said i have to be operated on monday the 10th June. we (me and the specialist's PA) then called the medical aid to get authorisation and also send the specialist form from the casualty doctor. a lady told us i was not supposed to go to the specialist which cotradicted what Ronaldo said. she then tranfered me to Trevor who said what Ronald said was true and the medical aid will pay i even faxed the form directly to him and and he assured me that everything was fine. i recieved an email We have not paid this amount because u need to get a ref no from us b4 visiting a Speciali
