Complaint regarding lack of service from compulsory medical aid.
With reference to emails sent to GEMAS administration company universal healthcare I would like to lay a formal complaint against this company reluctance to serve its clients. My conditions of employment states that I may not belong as main member to any other medical aid however the current lack of service from Universal Healthcare is inexcusable.
Even though this medical aid is mandatory it does not omit universal health as the aids administrator from supplying a service to its members. The issue started after a mail sent to [Email Removed] on 12 March regarding clarification on buying a blood pressure monitor device, this email was ignored by universal health the "administrators" of GEMAS - unfortunately this was not the first incident of lack of service / respond on question sent to its email address.
