Protea pro card division phoned me to renew my pro card as it has expired. I explained to them that i do not use it and it means nothing to me. They then stipulated that if i renew i will not loose my previous years vouchers and just gain more to go and stay at their hotels. After confirming a couple of questions i decided to take it as i can use this as holiday accommodation. afterwards a lady phones me and then surprisingly informs me that i can not use the vouchers at peak times.
Why is this information only shared afterwards? If this information was shared I would not have accepted.
Pathetic on how they find creative means to your money.
