Protea Hotels
Vouchers cannot be used

I want to book at Protea Kruger Gate on the 21 March to checkout on 24 March 2013. I would like to use my voucher stay 1 get 1 "free" voucher. Unfortunately i called reservations and they said that i cannot use my voucher as Protea Hotel has so many vouchers they can use per month.

When we where approached to take the card, we werent told when and how to use it. We always book at the Protea Kruger Gate.

I do believe this is false advertising and misleading to all clients.

I hope my issue can be sorted out.
