I accepted a challenge on vitality's new "living vitality" site to earn points and keep track of my work outs, so what i had to do was work out and then log my work outs and do this for 5 days out of 8 which i did, but when i tried to log my 2nd and 3rd work out the website gave me an error. so i sent in two different queries and got no response... great service from the start hey??? so i get a message from them today saying "ah sorry you failed your challenge" what BS is that when i did complete it and it was their site which failed and they couldn't be bothered to reply to website queries. i sent through another to them this morning which probably wont get a reply. i am extremely frustrated at this terrible service, when all they do is take our money and cant even get a simply website to work. not only that that aren't bothered to follow up on complaints made. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
