Vitality Points not being updated correctly

I have been earning vitality point using my fitbit device since last year and all was fine. I was getting my points for every workout that I did.

Since the start of this year, my Vitality points have not been updated correctly. If I did a workout for 5 days a week, vitality is taking all the workout information and assigning it for one day. Which means I only get points for that 1 day and not for each of the 5 days.

My fitbit syncs up correctly to the fitbit website but the information that discovery is downloading on the Living Vitality website is incorrect. For example, I have not yet uploaded my workout for the 21 January 2014. The fitbit website shows that I have not uploaded any information. However the Living Vitality website shows that I have had 4 workouts for the 21 January 2014.

What is going on with your website? When is it going to be fixed and when are you going to correctly allocate my vitality points?
