I would like to use this platform not to lay a complaint, but to compliment Wiaam from the Bankmed Call Centre for the excellent service this morning, when I had an enquiry in respect of my wife's chronic medication.
Unfortunately, my enquiry on the 2 January 2013, via e-mail to [Email Removed] is still unanswered.
