Intercare at Parkview overcharged me and keep the credit of R213.30 in my account. On the 15th of April Chrismari Bornman at the Parkview branch told me the credit is only now R148.81 for service that the medical doctor as rendered to me. On the 22 /4/2013 I received an email from Chrismari that I only have to provide my banking details (as per requested by main office) so that this amount of R148.81 will be paid into my bank account at the end of April. I provided my banking details to her on the 24/4/2013 as requested by Chrismari. I have again e-mail her to inform her that I never received the money into my banking account at the end of April as promised. I never received a response on my email again why the money wasn't paid into my bank account.
