Where is my money? Should I open a case of?

On 23 April, I sent a complaint - money had been deducted despite me having cancelled my contract. On 24 April I received a reply stating that it had been transferred to the relevant dept. On 25 April, I received an email from Omar Daniels stating that a credit had been created - ref 779504 and that the amount would be communicated as soon as the credit was passed. On 07 May, I sent a follow up email as I had not yet heard A THING. On 27 May, after still no feedback, I logged a complaint again and received a response on 29 May stating that an amount of R857 had been processed as a credit and that it would be sent to Omar to assist in having it refunded. I then received an email on 30 May from Omar apologising for missing it and stating that system reflected approval on 30 April 2013 and that he had requested it be transferred to my account. On 31 May he requested banking details - I replied immediately. On 04 June, I asked when I could expect payment, again he asked for details which I resent. He apologised & said he would request transfer. On 10 June, I asked for feedback - still nothing - sent another email yesterday and nothing!!! Should I go to cops and lay charge??
