Confused!!!

On the 3rd of April I e/mailed Discovery Health and requested documentation to change my banking details.
On the 4th of April I received mail with the form duly completed and faxed back to the relevant fax number.
On the 9th of April I received mail from kzndebitorders requesting bank statement &copy of Id. the 1st e/mail said that should I wish to change my claims payment details they would need these docs.
