I moved to a new bank and updated my banking details on your self-help service on your website, however this didn't seem to have worked as you guys still debited the wrong bank account, I then called into the call centre and gave my new banking details, the next month I received a mail saying that Budget received a RD on my bank account and I won't be covered.
I called the call centre again in April and was told that my banking details for minor scratches and wheels were not updated, I then gave the new banking details to the agent who confirmed that she has updated it, this morning I receive another mail stating that yet again THERE WAS A RD, how is this possible if I have enough money in my account.
Can someone please sort this out, I am sick and tired of this poor service... maybe I was a fool and chose the wrong people to insure with.
