PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BONITAS

My boyfriend complained yesterday regarding Bonitas. Bonitas sent a automated response to us on sat that the debit orders will be delayed due to Public Holiday, the day after the Public Holiday another automated responsible to say or debit order has been returned due to insufficient funds, we emailed them back and said that is not true they need to submit again, the following day still no response but later an automated email saying we have been taken off the medical aid as we have failed to pay. This is obsured!! We have sufficient funds firstly and secondly no- one from Bonitas has personally contacted us ti rectify this! My boyfriend complained yesterday on Hello - Peter but Bonitas said someone would contact us... Surprise... Not one person from Bonitas has contacted us, so effectively we are sitting without medical aid due to their mess up!! Pathetic Service, going to cancel and I do not recommend them at all!!! Pathetic to say the least!!!
