Change to banking details were reported to Cell C via telephone (3 April & 29 April), and email (8 May 2013) - no changes were done, causing my account to go into arrears - phoned again today (20 June) to make arrangements for debit order to go off this month. Not impressed about this as I did all i had to to inform Cell C of the new banking details - i even got a "no reply" message from them for the email sent. today when i phoned the head office to lodge a complaint regarding this, Sue Naidoo did everything in her power to put the blame on me - telling me that Cell C phoned me and sent me sms' telling me my account is in arrears. i wanted to know who received my mail and why they didnt process my request to change my banking details - she went out of her way to try to put the blame on me and not solving my complaint - therefore the bad attitude - passing the buck (as if it was my fault) and no customer satisfaction
