Assistance with account please

Hi there,

I write this email regarding my medical aid monthly installment. Unfortunately i am not in a position to pay this months installment. I am under individual capacity and my installment is over 2500 every month. I have lost my job however i require medical aid therefore i am requiring some extension/arrangement to be made for me to keep my medical aid active please. I will ensure this account is paid by June 2nd and double obviously as the next medical aid installment will be due by then therefore please can someone assist me with this arrangement. I have been on discovery for 7 years now and am pleading with you to please accept this arrangement. Please can someone urgently assist with this as it is vital that i keep my membership active. Please ensure that nobody cancels my membership as i experienced an issure in January when i was dismissed where i was removed off a company scheme and when i called to advise that i am moving to individual capacity, i was advised it was succesful until i found out later that someone did not activate my membership on individual capacity. This is not a joke, it is a matter of life and death therefore please assist
