The WORST medical aid ever!!!
I've been a member at Fedhealth since 1st January 2013, I changed my bank in February from ABSA to FNB, I notified them the day after I opened my account at FNB, at first they didn't change it on their side, then I did a manual payment, the month after they still didn't change it and I threatened to cancel it if they don't fix this, again did a manual payment, I was told that my details was on a back log and that they are very sorry and just apologized left and right, I told them it's fine but if this happens again I'm cancelling it, yesterday I went to the pharmacy to pick up my chronic medicine and yet again my account was suspended, checked my mails this morning, again debit order returned, called them this morning, to cancel my medical aid, the guy told me that it will only be cancelled end June and I need to pay until June, I told him that there's NO WAY I'm paying this!!! It's been 3 months since I gave them my new details!! I need to have a medical aid as I'm on very expensive chronic medicines, so I will be switching to a new aid - NEVER EVER EVER use Fedhealth, they are useless!!! I refuse to pay this month or June, I mean for what am I payi
