I have been dealing with Yasheel since this morning, his attitude and correspondence to me shows a complete lack of respect and understanding of customer service and continued refusal to assist in detailed information requested.
Kindly arrange for another "client relationship manager" to assist me as I refuse to deal with this individual any further. I fail to understand why it is proving so difficult for Discovery to assist a client in transferring their membership to private capacity, should you not wish to have my business please advise ASAP so that I can transfer to a medical aid where I will actually receive value for money and due service, along with all my policies etc.
