Incompetent. Useless. The list just goes on

What do I have to do next - draw pictures!?
I had an account of R1400.40, and made arrangements to pay it off at R250pm. The last installment of R150.40 was paid 27.02.2013.
Thursday 2 May I received a sms "You have been handed over to ITC" - and I had NO calls, NO e-mails, and NO correspondence from them whatsoever to inform me of any outstanding amount.
I would appreciate it if they can contact me and get their facts straight BEFORE they hand me over.
I suspect they missed the last payment, so I mailed ALL the proof of payments to them, totalling to R1400.40. Got a reply "All payments made on the account are reflecting therefor an updated statement will be sent shortly." So I got an "updated statement" today - WITHOUT the last payment I made!!!
"Kindly note that we send smses systematically to our clients, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused in this regard." Yet today I got yet another sms: "Why are you ignoring me, please call ITC..."
I am very much inconvenienced and are filled with utter disgust whenever I'm forced to make use of their service.
This is not the 1st time I have to deal with their incompetence.
I WANT MY NAME CLEARED AT ITC!!!
