Payment not reflecting on account
ADT has changed their banking details, i updated my internet beneficiary to reflect, made a payment in October and it still does not reflect on my account. I have recreated another beneficiary and made a small payment to check if this reflect, payment was made in March still not reflecting. I have been asking for statements on so many occasions, and I have even received statement for accounts that is not my own, but nothing yet. I can not make another payment to adt until this is resolved, in the meanwhile i get calls threatening me with legal action if i don't pay. I get emails with a new account that i must use - in the meanwhile i will rely on the business beneficiary list provided by my bank standard bank. please assist in matching the payments to my account, and provide me with a detail statement from jan 2012. I have two account with adt, so the same applies for both.
