I made a payment to DMC at FNB. IN cash. On my FNB account. Then the fun started.
The first time they phoned. I told them i paid and when this was paid and how it was paid.
Then they wanted me to fax the Proof of Payment. At first i did not fax this document. Because i did not have fax available to me.
I then had a boat load more phone calls and mails for this proof of payment. At which point i went to a copy shop and faxed it. More then once. Yet the same phone calls continued.
I then tried to phone them. Guess what. Their phones didn't work. I finally got fed up and mailed their helpdesk. With my complaint and statement request. Not much help, at least not for fifteen days.
At which point heidi Kleynhans mailed me back. She said, send POP. Which i then send again. And which i mailed to her as well. And then i requested my updated statement.
I have requested this statement from both mail accounts many times. With the line. I WILL NOT PAY ANY MONEY TILL I RECEIVE A STATEMENT.
ARE THEY HIDING SOMETHING. BECAUSE THIS SMELLS FISHY AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS OF ASKING FOR THIS. ARE THEY LOOKING FOR A WAY TO S ME OVER?
I would like to settle this amount as soon as possible.
