Bestmed has a Best Baby program, which you can register for when pregnant. I did so, and on registering, the consultant told me that I would receive an email every week, that my hamper will be ready for collection within 4 weeks, and that my vouchers will be emailed to me. This was not the case, there was a fault on the system which caused that I only received emails every second week, the hamper is only in fact ready for processing in 4 weeks, and the vouchers would be posted. When I enquired about this, I found out the true facts above, but Lilian was also willing to go the extra mile. Within 2 days, I received my hamper and vouchers, delivered to my office (as they did not want my vouchers to get lost with the current postal strike)!
