I purchased an iPod this past Sunday from the iStore in the V&A Waterfront. When I returned home and opened it, it was faulty and would not play a paused song without re-setting it first - a problem that could not be rectified with a software update. I have tried for 3 days to get hold of the Waterfront iStore with no success!!! - No one answers their landline (I have called over 20 times) and no one has bothered responding to my emails. This is the worst after sales service I have ever experienced and the service in store was certainly no better. I am now sitting with a faulty iPod for which I paid R1900 and no solution to my problem.
