VODACOM SHOULD HAVE REPLACED MY GALAXY NOTE 3

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from Vodacom, Canal Walk on the 8th of October 2013. Immediately after using it for a few minutes I found a dent in the metal of the phone in the top left corner and a few other problems, namely: internet not working properly, apps closed without warning, purple haze on the side of photos and the backlight would flash brightly at random, among other problems. I made a list and took the phone back the very next day to send it in for the Out Of Box replacement assessment. They firstly sent it back home with us, telling us to change settings, which did not work. We then took the phone back the following day and sent it off but the worker refused to mention the dent (saying we are just seeing things) on the OBF form and refused to send in my list of problems. The phone was returned with them saying that the phone was 'functioning fine'. As time went on the problems just got worse so we took in in for another assesment, but this time they found problems and replaced the motherboard (why this was not found the first time is beyond me). The phone also returned to me with a new gash in the top right corner's metal. My phone should've been replaced!
