Galaxy S2 piece of rubbish

I'm so sick of the poor service form Samsung, I've had my Galaxy S2 for a year now and they cannot tell me when the Jelly Bean software will available this was an expensive phone and it seems like they just want to make sales instead of fixing there problems, I hear that the new Galaxy 4 is coming out shortly, it's a disgrace that they can launch a new phone and can't fix the problems with the S2 im stuck with this phone for the next year and find it hard to work with it, they should all be recalled and replaced with a working one.
