I have a samsung galaxy s2 imei 359585045744874 for a year now. Ive sent this phone in nine times now and it still hasnt been properly repaired or even replaced. To my knowledge a phone gets replaced after three repairs but this has not happened. I had a problem of my phone overheating and send it in a couple of times. One day i got my phone back and realised i could not download from playstore anymore. I again sent my phone in so they could fix it. Its three repairs later and it still does not work. I got my phone today with a note saying no fault found. How can they say that when clearly theres fault with the phone. I can download from playstore with wi fi but not normal interne. That should not be the case as my girlfriend has the exact same phone and hers works perfect. Mtn has yet again failed its customers. Im for having to be with out my phone so much. This service is pathetic. Only a would send in his phone if theres nothing wrong with it. Are these techinicians blind or not qualified to do there jobs. I want them to replace my phone because it could download before the went and messed it up when they were supposed to fix it.
