Poor product Quality and poor service

HI, I purchased at 43" Plasma screen in sept 2011. The unit is almost 18 months and now had purple haze patches all over the screen. This is obviously a build defect as i have read numerous cases on Samsung PLasma with the same issue. Everywhere else in the world Samsung have helped their clients rectify the problem and usually for free by replacing the main board. In South Africa normally based on the client having statutory rights to not receive inferior products. [URL Removed] i called the help desk to report this issue they advised me that they have never heard of this issue and the same was reiterated from the repair centre that i was directed to after. This is obviously not the case as when i was reading through Hallo peter i noticed that a client had the same issue just a few weeks ago. See here: My Name is Revaj Gianchand. Nov 2011 I purchased a Samsung 51" FHD 3D Plasma TV. After just 1 year 2 months the Plasma Gas is running out and pictures are burning into the screen despite the anti burn protection being on.
