I would just like to mention my dissapointment I purchused a samsung 51" smart plasma through game stores berly 2 months ago I purchused this beliving I was getting a superior quality premium product as you know there is many brands out there, during the last week my 51" smart plasma has started having a random line apear on the side of the screen that comes and goes every few days, all cabling has been replaced and the tv even does it sometimes on its self test feature then dissapears, anyway I was discusted to find out there is no backup service or technicians. From samsung who assist with these type of problems and I would have to bring the tv in to game stores and wait for a awnser from samsung for a possible repair or replacment. It. Is not easy loading a 51" tv in a vehicle and there's always even more risk of damaging it whilst moving it. I am truly dissapointed in my very expensive tv and the lack of back up available on a premium. Product like this
